The film that stuck out to me most was "Continuity". The idea of having lost a child, or the illusion of having lost one due to the loss of certain people or ideas of a culture due to war. To start with the belief that a mother and father is finally being reunited with their son who has come back from battle, then to realize they have hired a prostitute.

In a way I wonder if they are trying to recreate the war in order to kill young male prostitutes. It is hard to decipher the truth behind what really is happening; if they really had a son or if the event is actually happening in general. Showing the multiple bodies/ prostitutes in the large crater makes me question if they are trying to relive their son's death through war; or if they killed him themselves.
