Dealing with the aftermath of having previously had an eating disorder. Although there may not be the fight to get food into the mouth, there is still the guilt of feeling full and having had eaten even the smallest amount of food. Having the feeling of being hungry after a meal rather than feeling full or satisfied is easier to handle than the guilt of having given in to the hunger. When asked if you would like some more the answer is always NO; even if giving in means just a spoon full more.
